Entries 21 through 40 run from December 18, 2025 to April 22, 2026. The plaintiff-in-interpleader, Jamie Stahura, filed a notice of loss of counsel and pro se status (ECF 21). Pro hac vice applications followed on the plaintiff's side (ECF 22, 23, 28), and the application for attorney Amina Mack was granted (ECF 29). Counsel for ARB Gaming LLC appeared (ECF 24), and a stipulation on service of the complaint and an extended deadline to respond was filed (ECF 25). Magistrate Judge Kim ruled on the motion for reasonable accommodations (ECF 26), directed the plaintiff to file an amended complaint (ECF 27) and entered minute orders on the referral of the case (ECF 32, 36). The first amended complaint (ECF 30) and a corrected first amended complaint (ECF 33) were filed, with summonses issued to Amazon.com, Inc., Apple Inc. and Goldman Sachs Bank USA (ECF 31) and then to all five defendants (ECF 34), and Ms. Mack appeared for Jamie Stahura (ECF 35). Apple Inc. filed a stipulation to extend its time to respond and its corporate disclosure statement (ECF 37–38); counsel for Goldman Sachs Bank USA appeared and filed a stipulation for an extension (ECF 39–40).
