Entries 61 through 80 run from June 2 to July 1, 2026. Affirm, Inc. lodged a proposed order on its motion to dismiss (ECF 61), Apple Inc. and ARB Gaming LLC noticed new hearing dates (ECF 62–63), and Goldman Sachs Bank USA filed its motion to compel arbitration and stay the action (ECF 64). Minute orders addressed the motions to compel arbitration and to dismiss (ECF 65–66). A certificate of service (ECF 67) carries the Court's "disregard, counsel to refile" designation; Affirm and Apple filed proofs of service (ECF 68–69). On June 22 the plaintiff filed a notice of appearance in propria persona, a change of address, a motion to e-file and a request for disability accommodations (ECF 70–73); the e-filing motion was denied as to the CM/ECF system and granted as to electronic service (ECF 74), and ARB Gaming responded to the accommodations request (ECF 75). The plaintiff moved for more time to file his oppositions (ECF 76), which Apple opposed in part (ECF 80). Jamie Stahura filed a notice of termination of counsel and pro se status (ECF 77), the Amazon.com, Inc. summons was returned executed (ECF 78) and the plaintiff requested entry of default (ECF 79).
