Entries 81 through 100 cover July 2026. Minute orders ruled on the plaintiff's extension motion (ECF 81) and granted in part and denied in part his accommodations request (ECF 82). Walter A. Saurack was admitted pro hac vice for ARB Gaming LLC (ECF 83, 85); former counsel re-filed a certificate of service (ECF 84). The Clerk declined entry of default against Amazon.com, Inc. (ECF 86), and a minute order addressed Jamie Stahura's notice of termination of counsel (ECF 87). A motion to withdraw as attorney for the plaintiff-in-interpleader (ECF 88) was later designated not properly noticed (ECF 101). The plaintiff filed a second extension motion (ECF 89), ruled on at ECF 92, a change of address (ECF 90) and a notice of request to seal under Local Rule 141 (ECF 91), taken up at ECF 99. On July 28 he filed a request to accept late oppositions (ECF 93), granted at ECF 98, with oppositions to Apple's motion to dismiss (ECF 94), Affirm's motion to dismiss (ECF 95), ARB Gaming's motion to compel arbitration (ECF 96) and Goldman Sachs's motion to compel arbitration (ECF 97), and, on July 31, his response to the motion to withdraw (ECF 100).

Defendants' motions are currently set for hearing on July 28, 2026. Having considered Plaintiff's ex parte motion and finding good cause therefor, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion as follows. Plaintiff's time to respond to Defendants' motions (ECF Nos. 56 , 57 , 60 , 64 ) is extended up to and including July 20, 2026. Any reply briefs by Defendants ARB Gaming LLC, Apple Inc., Affirm, Inc., or Goldman Sachs Bank USA shall be due by August 3, 2026. The July 28, 2026 hearing on Defendants' motions is RESET for August 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
